Pizza Tower Engine Cooldude's Lap Mod v1.7

I couldn't release this update on scratch so here's a rushed itch page for the project. This will probably be continued here.

This is a mod for Pizza Tower Engine that removes the lap limit and adds extra things, simple as that.
